We are able to rent our properties at below-market rates to interested tenants in our community! We are proud to offer housing options in Fredericksburg, King George, and Caroline.
Our properties include 1-3 bedroom apartments and 2-3 bedroom homes located in the City of Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, Caroline, and King George.

Please be sure that your application fee is enclosed in the form of a money order or cashier’s check, with dropped off applications in the amount of:
- $30 per adult for Fredericksburg Properties
- Made payable to Central Virginia Housing
- $25 per adult for Colonial Heights Apartments
- Made payable to Colonial Heights Apartments
- $25 per adult for Angelwood at Caroline
- Made payable to Angelwood at Caroline

Can I apply with a Housing Choice Voucher?
Yes, we accept the Housing Choice Voucher at all of our properties
Do I have to pay the application fee before my application is processed?
Yes
Is the application fee refundable in the event my application is not accepted?
No
What do I need to bring with me to my application meeting?
- Current Government Issued ID for everyone over 18 years of age
- Social Security Card for everyone in the household
- Birth Certificates for everyone under the age of 18 in the household
- Last 4-6 paystubs from employer
- Any current income statements or benefit letters
I have an eviction on my record, will this disqualify me?
This is handled on case-by-case basis, we will not know until the application has been processed.
When is my deposit due?
The day of your move in, you will give your rental amount and your security deposit amount in separate cashier’s checks or money orders.
