In an effort to protect our clients and staff due to the Coronavirus, our lobby will be closed to "walk in" services. Should you need to see a particular employee please make sure to call for an appointment, or you may leave drop off paperwork in our drop box located directly behind the front door. CVHC is celebrating 30 Years of Service!

Central Virginia Housing Coalition (CVHC) is a 501(c)(3) private, non-profit, charitable organization established in 1988 and addresses housing issues in Planning District 16 which encompass the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford. CVHC also offers housing assistance in Faquier County. CVHC serves individuals and families with low to moderate income. CVHC is controlled by a volunteer Board of Directors. The Coalition opened its doors in 1988 with an all volunteer staff and one program. Today CVHC is fully staffed and offers several programs, some of which are listed on this site. Read More
